Offers a yasai ramen (vegetable ramen), described as "animal-free" - ask for it without egg. The soup derives from shiitake stock. I miss you!!!

I used to eat here all the time in 2019! Good ramen and I would always pile on veggie addons. I will say it’s a bit tucked away and you really need to check the name of the restaurant before you enter. But it was a reliable vegan noodle option in Sapporo. Would love to have some of their noodles again!

Pros: Tons of veggies!!!!

Cons: Only one vegan option

Tasty ramen

The ramen consists of stir-fried veggies and noodles in a light broth. I opted for the soy sauce flavor with no egg. It was tasty and filling, while not feeling like a heavy meal.
It arrived super quickly, too. This is a great option if you end up in/near the Esta shopping center.
