Asian fusion food with a vegetable-broth ramen bowl, several vegan suitable salads, a veg steamed bun, and a couple vegan plates. Meatless Monday special is typically vegan. Open Mon-Sat 4:00pm-12:00am. Bar closes at 1:00am.

Great Environment and food. - Edit
I swung by Ace Eat Serve on my way to the Denver Airport. It was a funky building with the seating and bar up front and a huge area in the back for ping pong. My server was awesome and pointed out all the vegan and gluten free options. It was a Monday, so they had their Meatless Monday dish, which I ordered. The food was awesome and they provided us with a house made hot sauce, which was incredible. I will definitely visit again, and most certainly play ping pong!
