Nice vegan curry - Edit
Separate vegan and vegetarian menu. Items are labeled in a bit of a confusing way (through allergies) but comprehensible. The vegan curry was excellent! Some staff members are not overly friendly, but others are very nice.

Only had 1 vegan option (the Green Mountain Burger). It looks like they no longer have extensive vegan options as reported in the past.

They have several vegan options that include vegan meat, something that is not usual in non vegan places. On the other hand, the prices are too high in my opinion (you probaby pay for the centric location). Nevertheless, I had a green mountain burger which was okay, so it is a good option to visit in Interlaken.

My wife and I decided to split a bowl of soup and the vegan steak. Both were very good, both were very expensive. It's a nice place with great service. If you can afford it, check this place out.

If I could give 5 stars, I would. Had a very tasty dinner here. They had several vegan options, I chose the vegan fricasse. The waitress came with a appetizer but before putting it on the table she asked "you're vegan, right?" and I answered yes. She then came back with a vegan appetizer (bread with vegan creme fraiche). The staff was very friendly and funny, the place had a bit of a luxury feeling. We both had a main course and a drink and this was about 70CHF in total.

Although this is not a full vegan restaurant, they have a full page reserved for vegan options on their menu. The food was fantastic. We got a pasta dish with cashew cream sauce and local made vegan cheese, and a gnocchi type potato dumpling dish with cashew cream and veggies, plus the soups (creamy chestnut and a butternut squash soup). It was pricey but it’s a full finer dining experience with wine service and attentive wait staff.

Meat alternatives - Edit
We was trying all three positions from the menu - beyond Burger and Swiss brands Planted chicken and New Roots cheeses. I know all the products, because they are available in supermarkets in Switzerland. Anyway - that was a very good fine dining and high quality service. Delicious compositions. It's a very unique place.
