Very average

With so many vegetarian Indian options in the area to choose from, this one is just middling. Service was not great and much of the food was obviously prepared well in advance and reheated. Stick with the dosa.
Better places not far away.

Vegans Beware!

Excellent vegetarian food, but this appears to be a menu heavy on South Indian favorites prepared by North Indians, using ghee (butter) in recipes that traditionally would be vegan, such as sambar, which accompanies many of the dishes.

Delicious Dosas

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our first lunch here recently. The staff were extremely friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. Our waiter told as that the only vegan options were the plain dosa and the Dal Palak. It was a little suprising since there seemed to be some other things that could have vegan potential, but perhaps they all had ghee in them. Also, they were advertising an "impossible plant-based menu" but that was not available at that time.

I especially like the dosa, just make sure to ask for all vegan chutneys. The Dal was better than avergage. This would have been a four or five star place for us with more vegan options. I still will look forward to coming back again.

Pros: Friendly staff, Fresh Food

Cons: Limited Vegan Options
