Last Day of Popup - Edit
I visited for the last day of the popup, and I honestly had a disappointing experience. I had visited a few weeks earlier, and the service was a bit slow, but it felt like it could be forgiven. This time it took - no exaggeration - an hour and a half and at least 3 times politely reminding the staff about my order between when I placed it via the QR code and when I got just one of the three things I ordered. I will say of the dishes my group had, the jambalaya pasta and lion’s mushroom sandwich were the highlights. Nothing else was worth the egregious wait. I *really* want to support a vegan business and a unique food concept in DC, but it honestly was clear that the staff had no direction or organization. I hope if they open in another iteration, they find the support they need to run a restaurant business.

Pros: Unique concept, Only vegan beignets in dc, Only vegan Cajun food in dc
Cons: Extremely disorganized, Very, very long wait for food, Awkwardly few tables

They definitely seemed to suffer from being popular, a good sign for them I suppose. They probably should have stopped taking orders after a certain point

Pricey and could be better - Edit
The food was good, but for the price I just thought everything could have tasted better. I loved the beignets though. Note: The prices on the online menu differ than in restaurant.

Delicious - Edit
The food was so good, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Make sure to come here before the pop-up closes in the end of March - and try the watermelon mocktail!

Great lunch option in downtown DC - Edit
I really enjoyed my meal from 73 Farm! The staff were friendly and welcoming when I arrived to get my pick-up order (I had a nice chat w/ their mocktail bartender). The turmeric ginger milk punch was really nice - creamy and sweet but not overly so. I was bummed they were out of the red beans and rice but the creamy Cajun alfredo they subbed in was delicious. It wasn't swimming in thick creamy sauce like alfredo usually is but was full of flavor. The gumbo was great as well, although a couple of the mushrooms were on the tough side that's hard to avoid with oyster mushrooms (they can vary a lot). The beignets were also really good - perfectly cooked and pleasantly fluffy. The 'fresh berry cream' (it was an add-on for the beignets but w/ no option to not select it) was the only let-down; it tasted more like icing sugar w/ a hint of blueberry, but the beignets didn't really need it.
