Vegan Portuguese food - Edit
For starters I had the Portuguese traditional starters board (gf option) which I enjoyed very much. The flavors were unique. For mains I tried the Mountain Shadow which also was good. The francesinha I also tried and liked. For desserts I had the peanut chocolate mousse which was too die for and was the absolute favourite, the chocolate pie was also tasty. The atmosphere is a bit higher end. It’s good if you want to try traditional Portuguese food

High-end Portuguese dinner, veganised. - Edit
The waiting staff know what price bracket you are in here, and act accordingly. The menu is a Portuguese kitchen/ conceptual fine art degree mash-up. The result is *quite pricey* decent nosh that looks insta-worthy and will impress your in-laws, BUT there are tastier and cheaper places with better atmosphere in Lisbon.

Good but not Amazing - Edit
It’s possible my expectations were too high for this place. Nothing was bad necessarily, but also not great. We got the appetizer sampler and some of the mushroom stems were completely inedible. The francesinha was decent but I ended up finding a better vegan version elsewhere for much less. I will say my omni friend was super impressed. Service was ok, we were initially served by the bartender and then the server changed. We wanted dessert but were just brought the check without ever being asked even though it wasn’t closing time. Anyhow, interesting menu for sure, I just wasn’t super impressed for the price.

Great experience - Edit
I had the fried mushrooms (‘fish’) for starters, the francesinha for my main, and the coffee cake for dessert. Overall, everything was really tasty, and the service was really great. I still felt something was missing a little bit flavour-wise, and the crisps that came with my main were stale (maybe due to humidity that day). Anyway, I would love to come back and try their other dishes! The place itself is really cute and cosy.

Oh well - Edit
I had high expectations because it is highly rated
Read moreUnfortunately the food wasn't good for my taste..
We ordered a starter plate for 20€ and didn't like any out of the 8 different starters
We ordered the tofu wrapped in sea weed and also didn't like it
And the amount of food of each thing we ordered was quite small.
The creme brulee was good though!
Anyways, I don't think it's worth it, sadly 😕
Pros: Environment , Service
Cons: Amount of food compared to the price, The taste of the food

Food Good, Service Lacking - Edit
Unfortunately since the move to a more upmarket location it has changed. The staff are no longer friendly and welcoming, but instead rude and dismissive. The food is fantastic, but I like to be treated with good manners when I choose an establishment to eat out.

Delicious! - Edit
What a beautiful place - in ambience, food and service! The dessert wasn’t as amazing as everything else we had eaten, but I would undoubtedly go back for the starters and mains and may be try another dessert option. I went with a friend who isn’t vegan and she thoroughly enjoyed the meal as well. Must must visit when in Lisbon!

Entrance is a bit hidden but do not miss this fancy restaurant! They are very busy at all time but I think it is fine if you want to walk in. Both menu and their foods are beautifully presented. All what I had here were amazing. Main food was very satisfying and the dessert is not too sweet - everything was just perfect. Fab staff and nice services.

So fancy ! - Edit
This place is so classy, we wanted somewhere nice to eat as it was our 10th anniversary, and this place hit the nail on the head ! Lots of choice on the menu, most of it is revisted meat or fish dishes so really interesting. I was a tiny bit disappointed as we got the sardine starter, then I had the fish soup and it had the "sardine" in again which I still haven't decided if I liked or not (it's ingenious but it's celeriac which is an interesting choice, looks like real fish but not the right texture!). Make sure you reserve, I reserved a week before and most spaces were already taken !

The best Vegan experience and restaurant I’ve ever been in my 2 years as a Vegan. I finally found a high quality vegan food with a chef that studied for.
The food is just perfect, revisitation of Portuguese food in a vegan way, amazing dessert and hight level of service.
It is also very cheaper, i wanted to try more plates 2 desserts 1 starter 3 main and water. I spent not more the 80 euros.
This place should be is at the top
Bottom of the Lisbon happy cow list and every vegan person that visit Lisbon should go.
Best restaurant ever until now.
Pros: Creativity of the recip. , Cheaper , Professional service and chef
Cons: No dislikes in my opinion , A vegan project that will get better day by day

veganised portuguese cuisine - Edit
the food and wines were fantastic: we shared a few entrances, such as a typical “sardine” dish, an “octopus” salad and jackfruit “ceviche” - for desert we tried the chocolate mousse and crème brûlée. recommended if you are looking to treating yourself a special evening.

Go if you like the taste of meat - Edit
The Francesinha and Seitan Steak we had were very good yet intense in their taste. Which comes close to it's meaty variation but might not be to everyone's liking. The sides to the dishes were disappointing though and the peanut-chocolate cake only decent (very much like peanut butter). The port wine is excellent, the lemonade is for all those who dislike sugar. The staff is attentive as can be expected for the range this restaurant aims at with its high prices. Still, a nice experience, where you should make reservation a couple days beforehand just to be sure.

Portuguese dishes veganised - Edit
It was nice to try out some traditional Portuguese dishes. I had the Francesinha, which was fantastic. It came with ”chips” which I thought would be french fries but turned out to be potato crisps instead. They didn’t really go with the dish at all.
Read moreFor dessert we ordered a creme brulee and a cake slice. I’ve never had a creme brulee before so I was very excited to try it out and it was really delicious. The chocolate peanut pie was a bit of a disappointment though, I would have expected more than your average boring raw cake for this price tag.
It was really busy but we were lucky and got a table right away.

It's one of the best vegan restaurants I have ever been - Edit
I have been twice at the old place, which was always super good . Now they moved to a newer, bigger place and somehow it seems they also upgraded the food, if that was even possible.
Read moreFrom all the vegan places I have been, this is really one of the best and sympathetic one.
It's not really (luckily) fine dining, but upper standard. The atmosphere is great the waitress and waiters are friendly...
What can I say, I love this place, and I hope it will be still the same when I'm back in Lisboa!
The only thing which I missed in the new place, is the plate with all the desserts to test, as they had it in the old one. Please bring it back.
Also a vegan Pastel de Nata would be nice
Pros: Best food, New place is awesome, The starters plate is super awesome
Cons: I miss the old dessert plste, as in the past , Maybe a vegan Pastel den Nata would be nice
