Read moreThe Brookhaven location is in the Town Brookhaven shopping plaza and occupies a gorgeous space. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, with the outdoor facing the plaza rather than a busy road - and is offset from pedestrian traffic.
The menu features a ton of vegan options that are clearly labeled as vegan. The waitstaff is also very informed on what dishes are vegan or how to customize to vegan. I ordered two appetizers: the veggie gyoza and crispy springs rolls. Both were excellent, tasty, and served with a chili sauce. Between the two, I did prefer the spring rolls.
My main entree was the vegan fried rice with fried tofu. The portion size was great and it came out super quickly. The pricing of the dishes was fair to slightly expensive - but the quality was worth it. Drinks were $5.00 for soda/lemonade but did offer free refills while the entrees are $20+ and the appetizers were $12. It is definitely more upscale than other restaurants in the area, but serves as a great date night. Free parking is available in the plaza with a two-hour limit.
