I think it's better if you think of 1944 as being a store which has a tiny cafe.
Read moreOn the store side, you can find clothing, plenty of accessories, and also some decorative items.
On the cafe side, they offer some appetizers like tartines or small desserts, and coffee/tea.
There is just one table, and one counter, so it can accommodate 4 or 5 people.
Hence, I think it's a nice place to sit down while having a cup of coffee and a quick bite.

cute boutique with a lot of nice design stuff, all vegan. The food and coffee are delicious, the owner very friendly and her dog is just a sweetheart. It doesn't bark or sniff around you, it just approach you if you want and require some petting, but leave if the owner says so. A perfect gentleman :)

Cute little place in the Bastille area - Edit
A one-of-a-kind boutique that also offers small vegan dishes, desserts and coffee. A great place to pick up some unique earrings or a birthday gift while supporting a vegan business.

It's on a side street and can be easy to miss, so make a note to stop by next time you're dining in the area. :)
