    Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
    Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.
    In a separate bowel mix wet ingredients, then pour wet mixture into dry mixture and combine thoroughly.
    With your hands, form mixture into two 10-inch logs, and wrap tightly in alumunin foil. Bake for 70 minutes. Remove from oven, and let cool.

    Ingredients

    dry ingredients:
    1 1/2 cup vital wheat gluten flour
    1/4 cup nutritional yeast
    1 1/2 tablespoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon salt

    wet ingredients:
    3/4 cup water
    1 teaspoon wet mustard
    4 tablespoon tomato sauce or paste
    2 tablespoon soy or tamari sauce
    2 tablespoon canola oil

    Serving Size

    two 10-inch logs

      I made something similar but I think I'll post the recipe anyway and call it Vegan Salami - 'cos it is different enough to yours.
