Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine all of the ingredients for the meatloaf and mix until well incorporated.
Place combined ingredients in a 7x11 casserole dish that has been lined with parchment paper, leaving the sides long enough to hang outside of the pan for easy removal.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Mix together the glaze ingredients and pour on top of the meatloaf. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes, or until interior temp reaches 160° F. Enjoy!

2 tablespoon ketchup

1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
1 cup regular breadcrumbs (optional)

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon onion powder
Black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
