Tofu Sour Cream

    Place all ingredients in a food processor (with metal blade) or blender. Process at least 3-4 minutes, until mixture is creamy and smooth. Refrigerate. Serve over baked potatoes, Mexican dishes, or anything you like.


    1 (10.5-ounce) package of firm silken tofu, crumbled
    4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
    2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon liquide sweetener of choice

    Serving Size

    1.25 cups
