Soda Bread with Oats and Semolina

    Instructions

    Combine dry ingredients. Then stir in water and mix until firm.
    Shape to preferred form (or fill into bread form) and wet the top.
    Use a fork to scrape open the top. Sprinkle top with sesame seeds, then brush with oil.
    Preheat oven to 160C / 329F.
    Optional: place a heat-resistant container with water in the oven along with the bread.
    Bake for 70 minutes or more, depending on how you prefer your crust.

    200 g crushed oats
    250 g half-white flour
    50 g semolina
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon raw sugar
    2 tablespoon baking powder
    375 ml water
    2 tablespoon soy oil
    sesame seeds
    water
    oil
