Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Contrary to many people who are trying to "save the planet" ("planet" in this case can also be roughly translated to "humans") I actually do care about this floating rock and its inhabitants...
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Why wouldn't I? An international community of like-minded people? Sign me up!
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Ireland is my "home away from home" so much that I will often refer to it as my home country. Would love to one day visit and travel Asia with some exceptions. The Americas are also on my list. And although I used to live in the States, I'm not sure how I currently (should?) feel about the USA.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Quinoa, bulgur, seitan, tofu, peppers, zucchini, pumpkin/gourd, oat milk
