Shiitake Mushroom and Pine Nut Tartare

Ingredients

6 shiitake mushroom caps
1/4 cup pine nuts, lightly toasted
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger
1 tablespoon tamari sauce

Instructions

Place all ingredients except tarmari sauce in a food processor and lightly pulse 4-5 times. Remove mixture onto a serving plate. Drizzle tamari atop and gently stir. Serve as spread on crackers or bread.
