Pineapple Express
Ingredients
1 sweet organic fresh pineapple12 filtered water ice cubes
Instructions
Peel and cut pineapple. You will need very small pieces if you use a regular blender.
Place pineapple pieces in the blender, and blend until smooth.
Add 12 ice cubes and pulse the blender until the ice is crushed to your liking.
