4.5 cup rolled oats, quick cook type
1/2 cup toasted wheat germ
1/2 wheat bran
1/2 oat bran
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup raw sunflower seed


Bring to boil 7 cups of water in a medium-large cooking pot. Add all ingredients and cook for 1 minute, stirring.

Reduce heat to low-medium, and stir.

Reduce heat to low, and cover. Let cook for approximately 8 more minutes. Serve.

This is a nutrient and delicious breakfast cereal. I eat it almost everyday morning to weak me up and enjoy my every surfing day. -Santana S.
