Mixed Greens
Ingredients
2 bunches of turnip greens2 bunches of mustard greens
(collards optional)
1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
Wash the greens. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Place greens inside pot and cover. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until tender. Cut greens while in the pot. Serve as a side dish with a dressing of your choice.
