    Instructions

    Boil pasta to al dente then refrigerate for 30 minutes minimum.
    Add vegan mayo, stevia, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, celery and onion in a mixing bowl. Add your cooked pasta and stir.
    Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to liking. Serve and enjoy!

    Ingredients

    1 package brown rice noodles
    2 cups vegan mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon stevia
    1/4 cup Dijon mustard
    2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, or to taste
    Celery, to taste
    Onion, to taste
    Salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste
