    Instructions

    Mix water and cornstarch in bowl and set aside.
    In saucepan over medium heat, mix vanilla, soy milk, sugar, and cocoa. Then when everything is mixed, add the cornstarch mix.
    Stir constantly until it boils, and then continue to stir til it becomes thick.
    Set aside away from heat for 5 minute (it will continue to thicken nicely). Place in container and place in refridgerator for 2 to 3 hours before serving.

    Ingredients

    3 tablespoon cornstarch
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup cocoa powder
    2 tablespoon water
    1 1/2 cup soy milk
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extact

    Serving Size

    3 one-half cups
