    Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
    Combine all ingredients except apple slices.
    Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
    Add apples to the top, and sprinkle cinnamon.
    Bake at 350F degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
    Serve warm by itself, or with a scoop of non-dairy vanilla ice cream. Yum!

    Ingredients

    3 large baking apples, sliced
    1 1/2 cup flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup applesauce
    1/2 cup apple juice
    1/2 cup soy or rice milk
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 teaspoon baking soda
    Vanilla soy or coconut ice cream purchased from store
