Apple Berry Smoothie

1 handful lettuce greens
2 handful spinach
2 cup filtered water
1.5 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana, peeled
1 apple, cored
2 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 handful ice
1 scoop of plant based protein powder
1 teaspoon maca powder


Core the apple and chop into smaller slices. Toss into blender.

Add mixed greens, spinach, and filter water first. Blend for 10 seconds.

Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
