Nepali!! Tibetan! Eat here!

Had a mouth watering meal in this restaurant. Staff is attentive and efficient. We let our waiter know that we were vegan and wanted to sample Nepali and Tibetan cuisine as we had not tried it before. We had the vegan spinach mo-mos; the Tibetan chow-chow noodles; and a deep fried eggplant dish with a coconut curry sauce (Goa curry?). All were excellent. Lively atmosphere in a colourfully decorated dining room. Great for a get together with friends or an intimate one on one.

Doesn't get any better

Consistently delicious food. Our favourite when visiting NYC. The Porcini Flutes were mouth watering and the cheese cake is to die for. No one will walk away disappointed from Blossom!

Best in Hanoi

Out of several restaurants we tried in Hanoi this one proved to be our favourite, and we returned a second time. Both times we tried several dishes and all were prepared with care and very flavourful.

Amazing experience

Hangawi is one of the most beautiful restaurants you will find. Traditional decor and service make for a unique dining experience. The food is delicious, especially the appetizers. Very nice cocktails too. Great place to take someone to impress!

Cozy and bright with friendly staff

The food was prepared with care and with fresh ingredients and served with a genuine smile. They were proud of what they were feeding us and you could taste it. We had the Panang curry with mock duck which was very rich but not heavy (delish!). We also had the Spicy Noodle with mock chicken which was light with subtle but well balanced flavours. The Dragon Balls were apparently quite popular with clients but we found them too 'meaty' (we finished them anyway!). They seemed to be that dish you order to 'convince' your meat eater guests that eating veg food can taste just like 'the real thing'.
