ethiopian deliciousness

very fresh and delicious. space is small and not really esthetically hip but the food is so yummy it doesn't matter. plus you can buy ehtiopian spices to take home!

abundance!

mr wisdom grows his own food and prepares it with an abundance of love. the menu is deliciously spiced and consciously prepared. he sells herbs, a few vitamins, raw vegan bars, and kombucha(yay!!!). the cafe is esthetically simple yet the positive energy that flows is uplifting. a wholistic eating and centering experience for the mind body and spirit

cool place to chill

delicious treats (all vegan/ many are gluten free!!!!!)and
good customer service and reasonably priced. almond milk alternative is refreshing for those limiting soy intake. my fave is the hot mexican chili chocolate with almond milk!

nature's pantry rocks

i really adore everything about this store...except for its location :-(
the prices, the colorful produce, the selection (i found flax seed milk here...wonderful!), the raw "tuna" and "chicken" salads they prepare in house are AWESOME. they have a lot of items one can't find at whole foods. they have a thing like a chopper shopper card and the owners live in the metro area! the prices are fair and they always have sales. check them out!

great!

i want to just live in this store! they have everything for wholistic living...raw, gluten free, soy free, nut free, prepared and fresh foods, supplements, kombucha, skin care, sage, yoga stuff, books, even free range meats for those who are into that :)

portions are HUGE

lots of craftmanship going into this menu. the raw crackers and vegan cheese plate is THE BOMB. cheese is why it was a challenge for me to become vegan in the past. my sweetheart ordered soup and the jerk burger. the soup was a "cup"...it was enough for at least 2 people. he didn't even get to the burger..we both had to go boxes and the only complaint...we were too full to taste the raw vegan ice cream

foundry good veg "junk food"

this is where i go when i need a junk food fix! nachos, pizza, etc...they have vegan cheese, italian "sausage" and even gluten free crust and bread options. taco tuesday is fun as they have 2 vegan/vegetarian options that night as well (black beans or tvp). oh a vegan blt is on the menu also. my personal favorite is having the sunflower salad topped with tvp and vegan cheese
