World Food Barn is one of the few fully vegan places located at Rive-Gauche in Paris. It's easily accessible from Luxembourg's station (exit Rue de l'Abbé de l'Epée). The menu consists of a few raw appetizers, bowls, sweets and juices. Not everything is raw, but I don't mind it, as I'm not a raw food fan. We had as appetizer the Hummus platter (made from sprouted chickpeas); and then the Bali Bowl and the Bowl of the Day which had a burger and roasted sweet potatoes. Portions were generous and everything was yummy, very fresh and crunchy. The service was friendly and welcoming. Plus, there are recipe books which you can browse while waiting (most of them in French, though). Nice place to stop by if you're around!
