Extremely impressed with Farmhouse and the name they have for themselves in West Reading after only 6 months of existence. Had heard from many different people about Farmhouse, especially about the lavender latte (an awesome item, lots of vegan milks too) and their vegetarian/vegan/farm inspired menu. Lots of options for everyone for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or a quick snack or drink. My friend and I ended up with iced lavender lattes, she got the hippy dippy avocado toast (avocado toast, dippy egg, hummus, lemon vinaigrette, cucumbers, etc.), and I had the vegan-ing of autumn quinoa patty, with their house-made vegan cheese spread (awesome), and a cute little side of veggies and hummus. A great, filling, fresh, and made from the heart meal. The ambiance is extremely warm and welcoming, with wooden tables, plants, a fantastic playlist in the background, and the chatter of a full dining room on a Friday afternoon. Staff were super warm and welcoming too, going the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The menu is elaborate and there's no way you can make up your mind without the advice of a staff person (they know what's best for you. I promise). A must visit for anyone in the area! Thanks again to the staff and owners, looking forward to returning soon!
