Hello again Maria, HappyCow didnt't notidy me of your response, so I'm sorry for the late reply. Personally, even though I knew I had one hour, I wouldn't do it again because I found myself looking at the clock very frequently. I think last Sunday they had a lot of reservations, so we were just unlucky. I've been to brEAThe 4 or 5 times before and I always stayed as long as I wanted to. In any case, it was not nice that they didn't let you know about the time constraint. And I agree that this particular brunch was not one of those ones you can eat in one hour. Anyway, I hope you can try their regular plates (and desserts!!), but I'd strongly suggest making a reservation (even through Facebook they answer rather fast).
