Hi - I am sorry you got told the dough is not suitable for vegans... I believe the waitress you spoke to was misinformed. I've checked on several occasions and just checked again now - their dough does not contain dairy or eggs. In their latest Sai Ying Pun location, they even introduced three fully vegan pizzas with vegan cheese (Daiya). In other locations, I order the pizza I want without cheese or pesto to make it vegan.
