Guests are expected to remove shoes at the door, and only chopsticks are offered as utensil (no forks). Everything is written in Japanese, and the owner speaks only Japanese. Evening reservations for 4 or more people is possible (call). Directions: take Exit 1 and walk towards Seirei (Holy Spirit) Hospital, stay on the same side as the hospital, and restaurant is after Takigawamachi intersection, the restaurant name is written in kanji (自然庵).
