Nathan (Nate) Diaz is a mixed martial artist who has been mostly vegan for at least 8 years. Although he promotes a vegan diet, he does eat seafood, and thereby cannot be considered 100% vegan. His brother Nick is also a mixed martial artist and follows a similar diet.

The Diaz brothers are on/off again vegans for a long time, Nate has said he will occasionally consume eggs but both live a largely plant based lifestyle
