Just saw him on Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee and he ordered a tuna salad sandwich. I don't really care if he's Vegan or not but I just hate when they lie about it and he has said more than once that he's Vegan.

In "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee" he has a tuna sandwich with Jerry Seinfeld (another erroneously thought vegetarian).

I guess it's a sign of talent that people associate his uptight, crazy right-wing and hypocritical character with him even though he's actually an outspoken liberal. I didn't believe he was actually vegan when I first heard that, but I guess he is now -- I'm finding his name mentioned alongside the likes of Bill Clinton in last year's news magazines concerning the upper class vegan diet trend.
