Yummy tree-hugger pizza

I had the tree-hugger pizza and substituted the mozzarella for the vegan cashew based mozzarella, which was great, and I added the vegan Italian sausage which was also quite nice! A little on the expensive side with the substitutions and additions but it was a good sized pizza (I got the medium size) and it lasted for two meals.
