טעים מאוד ומומלץ. - Edit

A place to go to if you are hungry - Edit

The interior is really nice for a fast food place. Long opening hours, very good location. The falafel is tasty. I recommend the plate, as their pitas are cold.
Some sauces are not vegan.

Pros: Nice falafel, Long opening hours, Free water

Cons: Portions could be bigger

Nice expensive falafel - Edit

The falafel here is very nice - not your regular frozen puck shaped falafel you tend to find in eastern europe. But the price is accordingly high for a pita. Sauce options are also fantastic - spicy eggplant etc.

Pros: fast, free water, great mix of spices

Cons: expensive, cold bread, they scream your name all over the restaurant

Great Hummus and Falafel in nice environment! - Edit

The food is fresh, tasty and inexpensive. Especially the hummus is delicious (you can also get some to take it home), the falafel are among the best I ever had (best ones still Aroma Falafel in Frankfurt) and their tahini sauce is made a bit like tzaziki, really good!
It's also clearly labeled what's not vegan. And the place has a nice atmosphere :) Service is a little slow though, but you can enjoy the environment and good drinks while you're waiting.

Recommend to everyone - Edit

I've been there few times, never been disappointed, because the food there is always very tasty. I'm so glad to have vegan options even when choosing a dessert. I also liked the interior, the staff and the food.

Pros: Falaffels, Interior, Staff

Cons: Side dish

Amazing falafels - Edit

One of my favourite places in Vilnius, could eat there every day :) Love the falafels in pita, lots of hummus, sauces and veggies and taste in it and falafels themselves are truly delicious. It's amazing to have the pleasure of the comfort food again, which is not so easy to find for a vegan around here.

Great that it's open so late so can satisfy middle of the night cravings ;)
Food is served quickly and so great that they have free water!

Pros: Great comfort food, Open late, fFee water

Good falafel plate - Edit

Vilnius has limited vegan options. I decided to get a falafel plate and a coconut banana smoothie.

Being that this type of cuisine is tough to find in this city, I am giving this a four star. The food was freshly made, by the dish was a bit bland for my taste other than the harisa spicy sauce which added heat.

The place looks great, with wooden furniture and leaf drawings on the walls.

The food is brilliant, will come back - Edit

I came here to try the falafels because I heard good reviews about them. Honestly it was very much worth it! The raw cupcakes were amazing too and the other deserts look very tempting, can't wait to come back!

FALAFELS !!! - Edit

I like Zatar's falafels and they have tasty desserts (pies and cupcakes).
Zatar is a convenient choice: located in city center; food is served fast, and prices are low. Nice staff also :) And the size of portions are suitable for voracious vegetarians

Pros: Tasty food, quick, convenient

Cons: Staircase-hard to walk up after the meal

New and super nice place - Edit

Very nice place to eat. Falafels and hummus are just amazing. And the prices are reasonable as well. They also have best cakes in the world. Raw orange cake...You simply need to try it at least once in your lifetime. Cupcakes are very nice as well. Sometimes they come gluten-free, so don't hesitate to ask ;). And I really appreciate their working hours.

Pros: Best falafels and humus in town, Reasonable prices, Long working hours

Tasty food day and night! - Edit

Zatar Falafel & Hummus is one of my favourite places to eat or just to have a nice cup of tea and a dessert. My experience was only positive so far: starting from tasty food (I like falafels better in a plate than pita, and also their non mashed soups are very delicious, and also desserts, especially "Rupus miltai" cupcakes and raw cakes), pleasant service with friendly staff, nice atmosphere and stylish, democratic surrounding. Menu is short but appropriate.
Being a night person I really appreciate Zatar's working hours (they are open until late).
My rating is definitely five star, I would only suggest one tiny but mighty improvement: to serve sauces directly in the plate, not in plastic cruet, because it's so eco-unfriendly and actually pointless. They would be more decent to the environment and also in perspective they would save their money.

Pros: Tasty, good value, good service

Falafels in the center of Vilnius - Edit

Everybody loves falafels and they are great at this place! You can have your falafels in pita or on the plate with hummus and fresh veggies. I am glad there are vegan desserts and possibility to have really tasty cappuccino (coffee was unexpectedly good) with soy milk.
Worth visiting if you are in Vilnius!

Pros: tasty fast food, vegan options, well located

Cons: cold pita bread
