Lovely shop - Edit
A charming little shop with a good selection of eco-soaps, nuts, and a good range of other plant-based products—like vegan cheese, yogurt, tuna and protein items. They didn’t have exactly what I was looking for this time, but I could definitely see myself coming back for a proper shopping trip. There’s also a cozy café corner by the windows, perfect for a quiet break.

Big selection - Edit
There are no vegan labels. It is unfortunately very pricey. They do have a big selection. I am very happy with the different kind of seeds for sprouts!

Zana (is the new name of this shop) - Edit
Organic foods and household items. Lots of grains, pasta, flakes, flours, spices, dried fruits, sweets, coffee and tea to fill in bulks; bring your own containers, or buy bags from them. Same as to washing liquids, etc. Also very good selection of food in packages (i.e. vegan cheese, miso paste, nut spreads..).

Zana - Edit
A great selection og different products. Everything from biodrgradable food bags to cleaning supplies. It would be smart of you to bring your own containers if you are to buy something in bulk. Some things are a bit more expensive though, and I believe you could find it somewhere else, and for it to still be zero waste.

Good place to stock up on vegan items - Edit
We found this a good place to stock up on vegan (and organic) items like tofu, spreads, and vegan cheeses which are not widely sold in supermarkets in Norway. We had trouble finding it though as it's no longer called "Etikken". Unfortunately, we did not write down the new name: so just make sure you have the address - it's still in the same place.

Best (food)shop in town - Edit
Etikken is the shop in town with the most vegan options! (I live in Trondheim, so I know what I'm talking about). Grains, seeds, nuts and legumes in bulk, vegan burgers and hotdogs, spreads and condiments, chocolate, snacks and desserts, superfoods, tea and coffee, herbs and spices, Kombucha and other beverages, along with zero-waste products and household products :) a lot of natural and organic products. Beware that not all products are vegan, Though. If you ever go to Trondheim, make sure to visit this shop!

Good variety - Edit
Good selection of vegan food and household items. Tofu, vegan cheeses, vegan mock meats, pate/spread, candy and chocolate are well stocked and there's some variety. You can also buy chickpeas, spices, various flours (chickpea, almond, quinoa), nuts and other ingredients in bulk which is really affordable.

Pros: Variety
Cons: Not everything is vegan

Spite the fact that I didn't think that Norway had these products, Etikken proved me wrong. Thank you, now I can finally eat something without even thinking.
Cheers!
