Not The Best

I've been to quite a few Zambrero restaurants through the time that the chain has existed, and this one is the worst of the lot. Usually, the staff are lovely and helpful- this store is consistently brusque, less than considerate about cross-contamination, and I've had two clerks default to dairy cheese on more than one occasion without asking me first. The burritos I've gotten have usually been under-stuffed and falling apart. I appreciate when staff take their time and are a little more mindful about possible dietary requirements- this store doesn't seem to do that. Other Zambreros are wonderful- it's just this one that seems to be a bit of an issue.

Cons: Bad PR, Food not as good as other stores

Great management and vegan care

I've been to a few Zambreros, but this one far outshone in service. I asked for a classic burrito to be made vegan, and the manager immediately asked another worker to put new gloves on to make a vegan meal. Vegan cheese is used quite sparingly for $1 surcharge, but tastes great with the vegan sour cream. Service was extremely friendly throughout. The spiced cauliflower filling was so delicious.

Pros: Vegan cheese, sour cream, sauces and fillings., Extremely high standard of customer service, Separate gloves and utensils for vegan options

Cons: Quite pricey, Vegan replacements $1 each and are used sparingly
