We ordered the toum raider and it was wonderful, lots of flavor, fluffy dough, and refreshing with the fresh veg on top. Can’t wait to go back, love to support a Palestinian owned business!

Z&Z – Manoushe Bakery was listed as one of Bon Appétit magazine's 50 Best New Restaurants in America of 2022 and I can see why! This is a thoughtfully decorated restaurant that makes Middle Eastern Flatbreads aka Manoushe and several are vegan as-is: Za'atar Classic, Za'atar Classic Plus, Toum Raider (this is the best!), and current special Teta Pie.
Read moreWe tried the Toum Raider and the Teta Pie. The Toum Raider has a savory spread of Palestinian za’atar and olive oil topped with cucumbers, tomatoes, and toum - an addictive garlic aioli that is vegan. The Teta Pie has a saucy blend of roasted tomatoes, garlic, onions and peppers inspired by their grandma's galayet bandora. Both were fantastic!
We also tried their cardamon cream cold brew that can be made with oat milk. This was one of the best cold brews I've ever had!
They also have packaged tabouli, toum, pickled vegetables etc. in the cooler you can purchase as well as their packaged spice blends, pantry items, tote bags, etc.
This place had such a good vibe, great eats, and very nice staff - we will definitely return.
