Good, quick meal - Edit
Dishes are labelled vegetarian, but some have vegan in the name. They also have allergens next to them. We had the Sushi platter which they told me was vegan. It was pretty good, the marinated tofu was pretty sweet, so maybe have some soy sauce with chili with it. Apart from that it's good sushi and the service was quick.

Best vegan sushi options in Tromsø - Edit
I am so happy this place opened in Tromsø! So many vegan sushi options with tofu (makes it actually filling and protein rich as opposed to just cucumber or avocado inside!). I especially like the ones with puffed rice on the outside. Vegan options are well marked.

Best vegan sushi in Tromsø - Edit
Yuuka Yuuka has by far the best vegan sushi in Tromsø. Several menus to choose from and the owner is extremely nice. I love this place, I get sushi here every single week! Can't give 5 stars as it's not fully vegan, but their vegan options are delicious.

Read moreAuf der Karte gibt es eine ganze Menge vegane Optionen. Und es schmeckt sehr lecker. Es wird auch alles erst nach der Bestellung frisch zubereitet.
Der Laden ist anscheinend eher darauf eingestellt, das das Essen mitgenommen wird, aber man auch direkt vor Ort essen. Das kostet dann allerdings 10% extra.
Pros: Nettes Personal , Sauber, Frisch zubereitet
