Despite the warning below I did not have to book in advance. I had the vegan burger, which was nice albeit small, and a meatball pasta. The burger was just meat, lettuce and burger sauce. This made it look quite flat and underwhelming, but the taste was good. The fries were also nice. Maybe if you're vegetarian the burger can be more full, as it looks in other pictures. The pasta was also decent. Overall is was quite cheap, served quickly, and parking is easy, but the food didn't stand out and they only have the 2 vegan options.

Great food, and really reasonable price (₩6,300) for a vegetarian burger (can also be made vegan) with high quality ingredients. Nice beers too.

Fantastic Vegan Patty - Edit
This is a really fantastic place. The owner gave us information and ask her to call ahead so he can make a vegan bun. Despite the fact that I did not have a bun his lunch was delicious and I cannot wait to go back. I would give it five stars but the app will not let me as he serves meet.

Delicious Handmade Burgers and Fries - Edit
I used to visit the original location of Eddie Burger located in Jeonju, and now I make it a point to visit every time I go to Seoul. Located very close to the main street in Gangnam, Eddie Burger is tucked away down a small street featuring an open restaurant on the first floor and a large, covered patio.
Read moreThe owner studied nutrition in university and moved to Australia after graduation where he studied cooking for 3 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge about vegans, vegetarian, and even gluten-free cooking to his restaurant.
**At this time, there isn't enough vegan/vegetarian customers going to his restaurant, so you MUST order a vegan or vegetarian burger in advance (at least 24 hours) via instagram.** While you can order one of his menu items with a vegetarian patty, I recommend ordering "Eddie's Special", which is his own creation. Every time I've been to his restaurant it's been a slightly different burger featuring seasonal vegetables and his own local creation. This last visit I went, I had a vegan burger with a handmade gluten free bun (made with soymilk and rice flour), topped with an assortment of organic lettuce leaves (he told me it was from his mother's garden and joked this was the "mom to table" burger), balsamic vinegar, tomato, and onion. It was a wonderful burger.
The vegetarian burger was almost the same, but included a fried egg on top and a small grating of cheese. He also makes homemade mac and cheese which looks amazing. In the past, his burgers have been topped with eggplant and even mashed potatoes!
I always order two sets of fries for the table (he has truffle oil and regular), and he also a great selection of craft beer. This time I had the omija pale ale, which sadly didn't have enough omija for my liking, but was still very delicious.
I highly recommend Eddie Burger for a handmade burger experience from a very kind and welcoming owner and chef! The chef speaks English well so do not hesitate to order or message him in English. :)
