Food was great!! - Edit
Healthy and tasty meals. Unhappy that it took over 30 minutes for an order of takeout – two sandwiches. Only one table (with a couple ) ahead of our order. Did not take photos of the meal because we were running late as a result of delay of service of food to go.

Mixed experience; some good, some not so good - Edit
The good; big portions, fresh food from local farms, nice ambiance, friendly staff
Read moreThe so-so: tempeh could use more flavor/cooking imo, price a bit high but understandable given the local and fresh sourcing.
The not so good: found a grub crawling across my plate when I was half finished eating. They were very apologetic and refunded the meal and ultimately it’s a good thing they get local organic pesticide-free lettuce, but at the same time it wasn’t a fun experience. Anyways, these things happen and again, they handled it well.

Favorite Seattle cafe! - Edit
YAYGIT is my new favorite Seattle cafe. Delicious healthy and all vegan. Tempeh sandwich was so satisfying with pickled beets, avocado, generous mayo on fresh thick sourdough. Yum!

Next Level Nutrition - Edit
Not your typical health food establishment, this was food to nourish both body and energy system. Ordered vegan tuna sandwich and everyday/all day smoothie. Not only were both delicious and satisfying, but a very noticeable shift in energy level and mood immediately followed. Grateful to have discovered this place and would recommend to anyone who appreciates vegan cuisine infused with nothing but the highest of quality.

Delicious! - Edit
Best smoothie I have ever had, and the freshest and most delicious fruit salad too. My wife loved the banana nut muffin and I got a tempeh sandwich with falafel that was so flavorful! 10/10, highly recommend to everyone! The indoor and outdoor seating areas are both cute and full of plants as well.

Charming bfast & lunch spot - Edit
We rode our bikes 15 miles from the Lynnwood Transit station via Interurban trail* to enjoy a wholesome vegan lunch and Yaygit did not disappoint!
Read more*Note: road construction on the Interurban Trail on 9/22/23 made for a difficult detoured route, but at least it was mostly downhill.
We were able to park our bikes on their patio within view of our table. There was also a bike rack on the street corner if we had wanted to lock them. They had a large patio with seating and also a light filled interior space.
We had the vegan “tuna”sandwich and tempeh sandwich both very flavorful. I had to save half for dinner as the portion was large, but my husband was able to eat the whole sandwich. We also split the Oats & Figs Cookie smoothie and it tasted just like an oatmeal cookie. Also enjoyed the dense moist banana nut muffin.
A delicious hearty meal that left us feeling good afterwards. Amazingly all the paper plates, plastic and cutlery is composted for a zero waste dining experience. We would definitely return and I hope they add a creamy mushroom soup for the fall season.
We decided to try the Burke-Gilman trail on the ride back and other than a brief ride on Shilshole Ave where I rode on the sidewalk to avoid traffic it was a fabulous route with beautiful water views with an uphill route at the end to return to the transit center (20 miles). Next time we will park near the LFP Town Center and ride the Burke-Gilman trail 14 miles to Yaygit.
Pros: Good food & beverages, Open airy atmosphere , Outdoor seating options
Cons: No cons

Superfood super vibrant! - Edit
Honestly the best quality vegan food in Seattle. Clean oils, very sanitary kitchen, especial service. The flavor is out of this world with Intentional mastery, true gnosis in their cooking alchemy. Will be back soon! (The falafel sandwich is amazing 🙏)

Pretty good so far - Edit
I came for lunch and got a tempeh sandwich. It came on sourdough rye and had pickled beets (yum!). I thought it was pretty tasty. I would come back and try some of their salads that looked good.
