Ramen was labelled as vegetarian, but it was actually vegan.
Read moreThe soy meat was very nice (a bit too salty).
The broth was also tasty.
Toppings were quite disappointing though : processed grated carrots, mungo beans, baby spinach leaves and black mushrooms. All bland and raw, no cooking.
It does the job but it's far from authentic Japanese ramen.
