Quick and tasty Chinese fastfood

Build your own hotpot/soup with a decent amount of ingredients to select from. Most have a clear vegan labeling. The selection varies from veggies and mushrooms to multiple tofu based products and finally different noodles.
Keep in mind that this is not a restaurant. It’s self service fast food, but in a very good way.
