Popular vegan choices include black truffle fried rice, mushroom dumplings, tofu and mushroom stew, braised eggplant, steamed vegetable rolls (Cantonese-style rice rolls), pan-seared mixed mushrooms, and mung bean pastries (traditional Chinese sweet cakes). Solid Vegan Options

Good dumplings and other Chinese vegan items on the menu. Atmosphere is clean and minimal and the mall is super nice.
