Waste of money - Edit
I went in and asked about vegan options, they have one, sourdough with avocado, cucumber, red onion, tomato, hold the Swiss cheese. Cold, raw, bland. When I asked her for the vegan option, she told me it was The farmhouse sandwich without Swiss on their sourdough, which is vegan. So she understood what I wanted. Then proceeded to make and serve the sandwich with cheese on it. I said no cheese, I said vegan twice, she explained the vegan option to me, and then made it incorrectly.

5 star atmosphere / service - Edit
Usual run of coffee/matcha/teas that can be made nondairy and vegan with no problem. The menu is pretty standard for a breakfast place, lots of vegetarian options. They have a tofu vegan cream cheese which is delicious! Bagels are excellent.

Sold bagels as vegan that contain milk products - Edit
I purchased bagels here many times with dairy free spread or avocado and was told they were vegan. Today I went to buy a dozen and asked for vegan and they said none of their bagels are vegan, they all contain milk products. There is no way to contact their corporate office to confirm. Very poor service.

BAGELS ARE NOT VEGAN - Edit
The staff was very upfront when I told them I’m vegan and said all bagels contain milk powder, egg, and are boiled in a honey water mixture. The only option is the sourdough toast with tofu cream cheese.

Cons: Only one vegan option-sourdough bread

So-so - Edit
I’ve had better, I’ve had worse. The only vegan options at the time were tofu CC and impossible sausage. Bagel wasn’t super flavorful. Over $40 for three bagels and two coffees.

Good veg/vegan options! - Edit
The Lowry location offers wood-fired Montreal style bagels that are non-vegan, however there's plain and everything gluten-free bagels as well as vegan sourdough bread as a bagel alternative.
Read moreTwo great menu options I would recommend would be the green goddess avocado toast or the farmstead deli classic (made without cheese, substitute hummus or dairy-free cream cheese instead).
Also, roasted veggies or impossible sausage (at no extra charge) make a good meat substitute.
Check out my pics for vegetarian-friendly bagel deliciousness!

Barely any vegan options - Edit
There was one vegan bagel sandwich option on the menu. Everything else has to be customized to be vegan.
Read moreThey do have several vegan milk options and prepackaged drinks and snacks
The bagels are definitely better than store bought from what I find at sprouts
The lines are usually quite long and slow in the morning

Lowry location - Edit
Went to the Lowry location, service wasn’t great and the senior of the employees wasn’t super kind about walking me through vegan options. The green goddess avocado toast is vegan because it’s on sour dough and the lemon vinaigrette doesn’t contain honey. The patio is dog friendly. Boulder location is more accommodating for vegan options.

Nothing vegan at Lowry location - Edit
Title says it all. I think uber eats and their website are wrong. I called and they said they don't have vegan bagels or cream cheese at the Lowry location.
