Disgusted and Disappointed

I’ve been going here pretty often and was loving it, I’m plant based not just trying it out so it was nice this place is in the area. Until literally a few hours ago, I pull out a roach wing from my food. We got a full refund so that’s cool but that’s just disgusting and ridiculous who knows how their kitchen actually looks and how often they check everything, can’t believe this happened I really liked this place but I will never go again.

Hello Jessica!

After checking the food you brought back throughly, we notice that item you found in your food was a piece of the skin of a potato. One of the main ingredients to our Mac & Cheese is potatoes, it was our mistake to overlook that flaw but it definitely wasn't anything from a roach. We prepare each Mac & Cheese fresh per each order!

We issued the full refund in panic, but once we checked the food there was nothing there, just the the piece of potato skin.
