Hello Jessica! After checking the food you brought back throughly, we notice that item you found in your food was a piece of the skin of a potato. One of the main ingredients to our Mac & Cheese is potatoes, it was our mistake to overlook that flaw but it definitely wasn't anything from a roach. We prepare each Mac & Cheese fresh per each order! We issued the full refund in panic, but once we checked the food there was nothing there, just the the piece of potato skin.
