Should be removed from Happy Cow - Edit
There wasn’t a salad bar when I visited. There was a Mexican buffet that also had no vegan options. I would’ve left, but almost every restaurant was closed so I made do. I didn’t notice any obvious vegetarian choices on the menu either. The menu was very small. I special ordered veggie fajitas and the waitress seemed a little put out by the request, but did oblige and brought avocado too when I asked. She offered us chips and salsa, but when it arrived It was queso with a little salsa on top. Generally, the food tasted pretty lousy too. The salsa which I later got on the side wasn’t great and the veggies were tasteless, which is odd for Mexican food.

No real vegan options - Edit
There were no real vegan options so I just got chips and guacamole. The guac was really good though and made fresh. Maybe I could have placed a special veganized order, but I didn’t want to bother.
