Amazing food! - Edit
I had the fried no-fish banana blossoms and my SO had the slider of the week and an additional side seasoned Mac n cheeze. His came with seasoned fries and a remoulade dipping sauce and mine came with a slaw, fries, and the same remoulade sauce. Everything was amazing (including the rebel slaw. And I don’t like slaw…) and the amount of food offered was definitely a filling amount.
Read moreDefinitely a place I’ll be adding to my restaurant rotation (and I definitely want to try everything on the menu. It all looked delightful)
My only complaint (and it wasn’t in any way the fault of the restaurant) was that they were set up right next to a fish stall in North market, but they were close enough to seating that my heavily pregnant self was able to get over to eat my food in a beyond reasonable amount of walking.
Pros: Only vegan options, Small business, Soul food
Cons: North market put them by a fish stall 😒, North market seating. No private seats.

Delicious - Edit
I had a hard time choosing since everything sounded and looked so good. The rich boi sandwich and Cajun pasta were delicious though. The sauces were just amazing!! Highly recommend!

The Rich Boi sandwich is delicious - Edit
WillowBeez SoulVeg is one of my favorite vegan spots in Columbus. The food is delicious and priced fairly for the location and portion given (I had leftovers that were lunch the next day). They are quick to get your food out and understanding of any allergens or food sensitivities.

Better With Time - Edit
When Willowbeez first moved into a booth at the North Market and we visited just a few weeks after their opening. When we went, on the weekend, their menu was limited to just brunch, a small portion of their whole offerings. While I did enjoy the grits, the small sandwich (as pictured) was very sad. Hopefully this was just an off day for them and their brunch options are now better.
Read moreI have since gone on a week day for their more extended menu and the fried mushroom sandwich I got this time was up to par! The fries we're very deliciously spiced too.

Po Boy Gets an Upgrade - Edit
We had the stellar Rich Boy sandwich and found the ingredients to be fresh, the flavors to be bursting, and the bread was perfect.

Awesome and ALL vegan! - Edit
I had the BK Sammich, the cheezy grits, and the cornbread. All were amazing! We were there during brunch hours (noon on a Saturday), but I wish we had gone later to try more menu items. I can’t wait to come back!

Great Delivery from Vegan Popup - Edit
First had Willobeez at a community festival in Columbus last year, loved it then - ordered delivery tonight through GrubHub, even more amazing!
Read moreMy partner and I go the Rich Boi hoagie with fries (breaded oyster mushrooms, remoulade, tomato, and arugula on a soft hoagie bun) and the BBJerk Bella bowl (seasoned baby Bella mushrooms with bell pepper, tomato smothered in BBJerk sauce, on rice) with a side of MacNPlz (gluten free mac n cheez), and cornbread. Loved every bite.
Pros: Great portion size, No bland flavors here!
Cons: Limited popup hours, plan ahead to order!
