Pros: lots of organic choices , vegan and vegetarian friendly

Best vegan dishes in Ashland

Love the fresh organic food, been going to wileys for over twenty years and the food and service is spot on. Just this week our family enjoyed the weekend brunch and forget the rest because wileys food is organic, local, fresh, organic maple syrup with no up charge. Really.

Not good for vegans

Yes, they technically have vegan options, but last we checked, those were store-bought pasta with plain marinara sauce, period. Not really the "vegan options" they advertise. As a place that prides itself on its fresh homemade pasta, we were hoping for something we couldn't have at home for a few bucks.
