Barely vegetarian - Edit
They have a few vegetarian options on the menu. They understand "no egg" but will still use it in the batter for their burger patties. No care is taken to avoid cross contamination, and informing them of restrictions does nothing as the staff are incredibly rude.

The food was pretty alright, I had the vegetarian wrap and especially for Island prices pretty alright too, but after clarifying that I want it vegan with no egg or cheese they still brought me mayonnaise so be careful with that

Good veggie food - Edit
If you want a vegetarian meal this is the place to be! They know you don't want fish or oyster sauce in your veggie meal and they put on the menu clearly what's in the meals. Also very tasty meals! Definitely recommend!

It can be tricky to navigate fussy eating in Koh Touch, as looking at menus can have keen waitstaff pestering you. Us two vegans have eaten here twice, both very good and different meals each time. I would recommend it, and I would go back. Solid options.
