A nice choice when you have limited options - Edit
Driving across Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas gives you limited options for a quick filling meal so I was pleased to see this sandwich shop had at least one vegan option. I got the Superfood Wich and I don't know if I was starving or what, but it was absolutely delicious. So much so I stopped back by a few days later on my way back through the area and had it again. Unfortunately, the second time was not as good, but I would still say this is a good place to stop and will probably do so again if I have to travel through that way.

Very Tasty! - Edit
Stopped at this place while on a road trip through TX. I wasn’t expecting to find anything I could eat but was very pleasantly surprised. Although I have a Which Wich in my city I’ve never been there before so had no idea what to expect. As this location was connected to a gas station I worried it might not have the full menu that’s shown online (a problem I’ve run into before). However this location did have vegetarian and vegan options clearly marked on the menu. I did some research of my own and ended up with the black bean patty on a white baguette. I added hummus, buffalo sauce, avocado, and pretty much all the veggies. My sandwich came out great! The veggies were fresh and crisp and the black bean patty had a great flavor! Staff was friendly and our food was prepared fast.
