Recipes stolen from Żyzna owner

The owners of this place stole the recipes from the owner of Żyzna. It is not possible to post a review on Facebook and comments regarding this topic posted under the pictures are deleted, I have also been blocked by them on Facebook. Pathetic attitude towards the client and the whole business that you run. I do not recommend it to anyone and as a customer I demand to remove plagiarized dishes from the menu. In the future I will definitely visit the place to make everyone present there aware of whose ideas they really pay for.

Stolen ideas. My story of being robbed from culinary recipes. I don't recommend this place

I have been thinking for a long time about this review because I am against expressing negative reviews and making hate on the Internet, but my negative opinion about this place has solid foundations. I have many years of experience in vegan cooking. Together with my friends I ran a vegan catering Flying Kitchen and a restaurant Żyzna in Wrocław. The owner of this place participated in one of our workshops in Wroclaw, after which she personally asked me to organize for her individual, home cooking workshops saying that she has recently been a vegan and she is completely unable to deal with this topic in the kitchen . I accepted this offer. Working with people, cooking together and additional work. What more could you want. At one of my last meetings, she told me that she and her husband bought a place and they have a plan to open a breakfast place in a few months. I always support such places and I have expressed my will to cooperate if they need support in developing the menu. I learned about the opening of a restaurant serving dinner dishes (and not breakfast rooms) from my friends and what a surprise it was when it turned out that the menu includes recipe-based dishes, which I shared in the belief that I improve someone's home cooking. My attempt to explain that there is a difference between using the materials provided for private use and something else for commercial use, that there is a difference between being inspired by someone's kitchen and using without the permission of someone's full idea for a dish met a wall of misunderstanding. By the way, I heard a lot of unpleasant things. The head of this place believes that by paying for home workshops, she acquired the right to use them commercially. She used an argument that we also used the recipes from the Internet and still do not understand the difference between using the recipe for the element of the dish and stealing the whole thoughtful concept on a plate considering flavors, colors, textures and nutritional values. And no, I don't have a patent for these dishes, and no, I didn't sign a contract with the Boss, because if that happened , we would meet in court. The Boss says that she has not signed any contract prohibiting her from using the recipes given in her own restaurant, thus admitting to plagiarism. Unfortunately, this is a bitter lesson for me. I'm sorry that I have to reach for this tool, but my requests to remove these dishes from the menu have been ignored.
